秦克章,研究员,博士生导师。1964年出生于湖北,1985年毕业于浙江大学,1997年获北海道大学博士学位。现任矿产资源研究院重点实验室主任。研究方向为造山带演化与成矿、斑岩成矿系统、岩浆铜镍成矿作用与隐伏矿预测。发现新疆卡拉塔格铜金矿床,图拉尔根铜镍钴矿定位预测研究取得重大突破;提出沙让斑岩钼矿床产于主碰撞阶段;提出新疆二叠纪铜镍矿床产出环境背景为地幔柱对造山带叠置;参与我国最大铜矿(驱龙)、最大钼矿(岔路口)勘探报告的编写。曾主持973青藏斑岩铜矿课题、基金重点项目、院创新新疆矿产项目。发表论文180余篇(SCI 110篇,其中第一作者与通讯作者国际论文46余篇),专著5部。主编Resource Geology专辑1期。论文被SCI、CNKI引用分别达1800、3900余次,进入地球科学全球高引用科学家之列。获国家科技进步奖1项、部省级奖7项、中国地质学会金锤奖、中国青年科技奖。

学习及工作经历
1981年湖北省襄樊五中高中毕业;
1985年浙江大学地球科学系学士毕业;
1997年获日本北海道大学(Hokkaido Univ.)地球与行星科学系理学博士(导师:Shunso Ishihara教授)。
1985起在中国有色金属工业总公司北京矿产地质研究所从事矿床地质工作,1993、1997年先后破格晋升为高工、研究员;
2000年中国科学院地质与地球物理所岩石圈开放室博士后(导师:孙枢院士、李继亮研究员)出站留所工作;
2002年聘为创新基地研究员;
2005年赴加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)作访问学者。
研究方向
1.增生型与碰撞型造山带成矿作用;
2.斑岩-矽卡岩型铜-钼-金矿、浅成低温金铜矿、热液铅锌成矿作用与隐伏矿定位预测;
3.镁铁-超镁铁岩铜-镍-钴-PGE成矿作用研究与成矿预测。
以造山带演化和成矿作用紧密结合为特色,研究领域涉足矿床学、大地构造和找矿勘查地质学,理论和实际兼备。运用构造地质学、岩石学、交代蚀变岩岩相学、矿相学、矿物学、地球化学示踪、同位素年代学、微区分析技术研究成矿作用,尝试以矿床时空分布样式作为大地构造环境的标志和限定,优选战略靶区,结合地球物理探测技术开展隐伏矿定位预测。

获得国家科技进步三等奖1项、部级科技成果一等奖4项、二等奖3项。1998年入选国家七部委跨世纪人才,1999年获政府特殊津贴。曾获中国地质学会青年科技奖银锤奖(1991)、金锤奖(1999)、中国科学院优秀博士后(2001)、中国青年科技奖(2001)。2003年起,,担任中国科学院研究生院、中国科学院大学高等矿床学首席教授,多次被评为国科大优秀课程、优秀教师。
1998年起任《矿床地质》杂志副主编,现任《中国地质》、《地质与勘探》、《新疆地质》、《西北地质》、《地球科学与环境学报》编委,以及十余份国际刊物的审稿人。系新疆358项目专家委员会委员,新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府专家顾问团成员,中铝力拓(CRTX)矿产勘查公司技术委员会专家。应邀担任北海道大学 Invited Professor(2013.10-2014.2)。
